Ubuntu 11.10 Kurulurken Poz Vermek :)

This is a period of time when visible things are happening in Ubuntu 11.10, and, after the arrival of the new "stuff" (good-looking Unity, gorgeous Gwibber, fancy LightDM, polished Ayatana Overlay Scrollbars, etc) it is this cycle that Ubuntu's installer will start to feature the ability to take a picture with your webcam when Ubuntu is installed.

According to Ubuntu's Matthew "mpt" Paul Thomas, later in the Oneiric cycle the picture will support cropping, reverting and some probably other editing options.

The picture will be used to identify one in the "account settings, login screen and lock screen", but, if you have a low-quality webcam, or you just want to use a particular avatar, don't worry: just "choose an existing picture".
