mssql server 2017 kurulum hatası

Merhaba Arkadaşlar ben 3 gündür mssql server kurmaya çalışıyorum ama herseferinde ekjsik izinlerden dolayı günlük dosyaları açılmadı hatası alıyorum ve ilk önce syslog okumak için açılmıyor hatası veriyordu. ona izinleri verdiktenten sonra günlük dosyaları açılmıyor diyor ve fatal error veriyor. Hata şöyle;

Arkadaşlar, sql serverı kurarken hata veriyor ve kurmuyor. root modda ile giriş yapıp denedim başarılı olamadım. Yardımcı olursanız sevinirim, şimdiden teşekkür ederim.
