Başlangıçta çıkan hata kodları nasıl kaydedilir?

Ubuntu 16.04 kullanıyorum, yanında Windows 7 kurulu ve her açılışta (grub'dan ubuntu'yu seçtikten sonra) şu şekilde bir kod çıkıyor ondan sonra ubuntu açılıyor.


/dev/sda6: clean, 355773/1835008 files, 470404803/7335680 blocks


sanırım her seferinde bunun olması normal değilmiş. tek sorunum bu da değil, arada bir üsttekinin altında başka hata kodları çıkıyor ve ubuntu açılmıyor. bazen iki-üç kere tekrar başlattıktan sonra açılıyor. bundan sonra uzun bir süre (2-3 ay) bir daha olmuyor. ancak üstteki kod her defasında çıkıyor. sanırım kodlar sabit disk ile ilgili, i/o error, ext4-fs,sda5,superblock,ata1.00 vb. şeyler var benim görebildiklerim. bu hata kodlarını verip açılmama olayı neredeyse 1 yıldır sürüyor. windows'a geçip sabit disk sağlığını gösteren programlara bakıyorum değişen bir şey görünmüyor. bugün de şuna benzer kodlar çıktı mesela;



üstteki kodu ve ekran görüntüsünü ise hataları kayıt altına alamadığım için başka bir siteden temsili olarak aldım.  bu hata kodlarını nasıl kaydedebilirim? journalctl ile bir şeyler denemiştim ama journalctl'nin gösterdiği kodlar bunlar değil, benim bahsettiklerimi kayıt etmek için başka bir şey yapmak gerek sanırım.

bu hata kodlarının sebebi nedir? hata kodlarına neden olan sorunu nasıl çözebilirim?

[mention=631200]@motorhead[/mention] " i/o error" buna benzer bir hata görüyorsan çok büyük bir ihtimalle sabit diskte bir sıkıntı vardır. Diskler uygulamasında "Değerlendirme" kısmı var. Bu kısım sabit diskin sağlığı konusunda bilgi verir. Bir bakar mısın, ne yazıyor?
İlk verdiğin çıktı ise çok önemli değil diye biliyorum.

sanırım ilk çıktı bilgisayar düzgün kapanmadığında oluyormuş, ama ben her seferinde düzgün kapatıyorum ve ona rağmen her başlangıçta çıkıyor.

sabit diskte sorun olsa şaşırmam çünkü dizüstü bilgisayar kullanıyorum, daha önce de sabit diskim bozulmuştu. gereğinden fazla ısınıyor kronik sorunlu bir seri. (hp pavilion dv6) ancak dediğim gibi yaklaşık bir yıldır ara ara hata kodları verip açılmıyor, açıldıktan sonra da uzun bir süre karşıma çıkmıyor,  yani donanımsal bir sorun için bir yıl uzun bir süre diye düşünüyorum. windows'u pek kullanmıyorum ancak windows'u başlatırken böyle bir sorunla karşılaşmıyorum. hatta ubuntu açılmadığı zaman bile windows'u başlatabiliyorum.

Hata kodlarını bilgisayara kaydetmenin bir yolunu söylerseniz tabii ki. Yoksa tek yapabileceğim ekranın fotoğrafını çekmek zaten bu şekilde de tüm hataları paylaşmak imkansız kodların çokluğu nedeniyle. Ayrıca bir daha ne zaman bu hatayı verir bilmiyorum. Belki 1-2 ay sonra.

Ben bu bilgisayarı Mayıs 2012'de aldım. Nisan 2014'de sabit diski bozuldu. Yeni bir sabit diskle değiştirdim, o zamandan beri aynı sabit diski kullanıyorum. Yaklaşık 3.5 yıl olmuş.

Bu arada başlangıçta gördüğüm şeyin hata olduğunu ben de sanmıyorum ama daha önceden çıkmıyordu böyle bir şey. Mesela sizlerde her açılışta bu kod çıkıyor mu?
