Kulaklıktan ses gelmiyor

Merhaba arkadaşlar öncelikle şunu belirticem aynı sorunu windows'tada yaşıyorum ve çözmek için ne kadar uğraşsam da başarılı olamadım.
Kulaklığı taktığımda bilgisayar hiç algılamıyor manuel çıkışı değiştirsem de tek kulaklıktan çok zayıf ses geliyor ve ubuntuyu her açtığımda ses çıkışı kulaklık olarak seçili manuel olarak hoparlörü seçince ses gelmeye başlıyor.
