Arkadaşlar merhaba;

Ubuntu ile yeni tanışanlardanım. Dolayısıyla forumda da yeniyim ve bu ilk mesajım.  Sanıyorum ekran kartlarım ile ilgili sorun yaşıyorum. Samsung Ultrabook kullanıyorum ve üzerinde Radeon HD 8730M ve Intel HD 4000 ekran kartları bulunuyor. Şuana kadar herhangi bir driver kurulumunu şahsen ben yapmadım, Ubuntu kendisi bişeyler yüklediyse, bunu da bilmiyorum. Araştırmalarım sonucunda kulladığım Ubuntu sürümü ile bu kartları etkin bir şekilde kullanmam şimdilik çok mümkün görünmüyor gibi, tabi emin değilim, uzman sizsiniz. Ancak oyun oynamıyor ve performans gerektirecek işlerle de uğraşmıyorum. Sistemde herhangi bir ısınma veya fan gürültüsü yok. Yani sistemin performansından memnunum. Ancak;

1.Ultrabooku bir monitöre bağlayarak kullanıyorum ve bu ekranlarda yaptığım ayarların hiçbirisi saklanmıyor, bilgisayarı her kapatıp açtığımda yeniden ayarlama yapmam gerekiyor. Bu sorunu nasıl çözeceğimi bilmiyorum.

2.Klavye aydınlatmasını açıp kapatamıyorum.  Samsung ATIV Book 7 'nin klavye aydınlatması yada Fn tuş kombinasyonlarını kullanmamı sağlayacak driverlar var mıdır / varsa nasıl bulabilirim bilmiyorum.

Ayrıca yakında bitirme projesi olarak görüntü işleme gerektiren bir kontrol uygulaması yapacağım. Zannediyorum bilgisayar bunun için GPU yu değil de CPU yu kullanıyor, ama emin değilim. Sizce driver problemi OpenCV ile görüntü işleme performansını düşürür mü?

Ubuntu'yu kurmanın zor olacağını sanıyordum. Ama en kolayı kurmak oldu. :) Aslında Ubuntu-tr forum ve Ubuntu wiki olmasa tabiki kurulumu da asla yapamazdım. UEFI ne olduğunu bile Ubuntu sayesinde öğrendim. :) Problemlemlerim daha bana özel hale gelmeye başladığında tıkandım. Yardım istemek zorunda kaldım yoksa burada gerçekten cevap yazmaya ciddi zamanlar ayırdığınızın farkındayım ve bunu gerçekten takdir ediyorum. Vereceğiniz cevaplar için şimdiden teşekkürler. Sistem bilgilerimi de aşağıda paylaştım.

Samsung cihazınla ilgili güncel bir başlık göremedim. Eski sürümlerde klavye ışıkları genel bir sorun gibi görünüyor. Alttaki Launcpad böcek sayfasında raporları görebilirsin. Çözüm önerisi için kernel ve bir kaç farklı çözüm tavsiyesi var ancak dediğim gibi bunlar eski konular. Belki sorunu çözmek için yapacağın araştırmalarda seni yönlendirir.

Projelerinle ilgili ekran kartı sürücülerinin sorun çıkarıp çıkarmayacağını bilemiyorum ancak şu an açık kaynak sürücüleri kullanıyorsun. Ati-İntel sürücüleri fglrx ile kuruluyor yanlış bilmiyorsam. Forumda anlatımı vardı. Açık kaynak sürücülerle projelerinde sorun yaşarsan kapalı kaynak sürücüleri kullanmayı deneyebilirsin.

         Ekran ayarlarımı harici bir uygulama kullanarak değil, ayarlar kısmındaki Ubuntunun kendi "Displays" arayüzünden yapıyorum.
         Bu arada verdiğiniz Samsung Tool için teşekkürler, bazı Fn tuşlarını kullanmamı sağladı. Fakat hala klavye tuşları karanlıkta yanıyor, kapatamıyorum.

         Direk AMD nin sitesinden indirdiğim driverı kurmaya çalışmıştım fakat sistem çökmüştü bir daha masaüstüne ulaşamamıştım. GRUB'daki kurtarma seçenekleri de işe yaramayınca yeniden kurulum yapmak zorunda kalmıştım.
         fglrx ile ilgili konuyu bilmiyordum, ama araştıracağım.

Driver meseleleri ile ilgili kullandığımdan eski bir Ubuntu sürümü kursam daha rahat edermiyim, yoksa bu sürümde ısrar etmeli miyim sizce? Mesela PS3 EYE Camera driverı arıyorum ama genelde eski sürümler için çözümlerin mevcut olduğunu gördüm.

Bu bilgisayarın modeli Ultrabook dediniz ama bir de bunların "NP900X4B" gibi model adları varmış. Onu öğrenebilir miyim?

Klavye ışığını ayarlayan fn tuş kombinasyonunu tek tek denedikten sonra dmesg komutuyla elde edeceğiniz çıktıyı buraya geçebilir misiniz?

Ayrıca sudo showkey --scancodes komutundan sonra aynı fn tuşlarına basınca elde edeceğiniz çıktıları da alayım.

Bahsettiğiniz komutu verdiğiniz bağlantıda bahsedildiği şekilde denedim. İlgili GRUB menüsünde F10'un Ctrl-x yerine kullanılabileceği yazıyordu. Ctrl-x işe yaramadığı için F10'a basarak sistemi yeniden başlattım ama bu da işe yaramadı.
