Steam'de Portal 2(Beta) açılmıyor-başlamıyor

merhaba arkadaşlar herkese kolay gelsin,

benim sorunum, bundan 1 ay önce bundle yani birinci ve ikinci oyununun içinde olduğu paketi satın almıştım, dün birincisini bitirdim bugün ikincisine geçeyim dedim fakat steam'de play'e basıyorum oyun launcher ekranı kısa süreliğine gelip gidiyor, portal2'nin hemen yanında 1 saniyeliğine sarı "syncing" yazısı beliriyor fakat sonra hiç bir hareket olmuyor öyle duruyor sanki hiç basılmamış gibi. dosyaları kontrol ettirdim hiç bir sorun yok dosyalarda.

bu konuda yardım edebilir misiniz ne yapablirim? şimdiden teşekkür ederim
