Hp dv6635et Bluetooth Sorunu

Arkadaşlar öncelikle iyi günler. Ben ubuntuda yeniyim. Şuan için pc gayet *kararlı çalışıyo ve gayette memnunum. Fakat benim bluetooth'um çalışmıyor. Forumda ve internette araştırdım fakat çözümünü bulamadım daha doğrusu anlayabileceğim bi çözüm bulamadım. Ubuntu 12.04 lts kullanıyorum. Bu konuda yardımcı olursanız sevinirim. Araştırmalarda aşağıdaki çıktıları istemişsiniz buyrun.

komutlarından sonra şöyle bir şey görmen lazım:

bluetooth start/running, process 14832

Eğer görürsen tekrar denersin Bluetooth ile işlem yapmayı.

Dediğini yaptım hatta "bluetooth start/running, process 740" yazısınıda aldım fakat değişet birşey olmadı. Sitem ayarlarından bluetootha tıkladığımda hala bluetooth aygıtı bulunamadı diyor.

Ayrıca bilgisayarda bluetooth donanımının olduğuna emin misiniz? Windows vb. diğer işlerim sistemlerinde bluetooth görünüyor mu?
