Depo ve sistem güncelleme hatası

Arkadaşlar merhaba.Sistemi sudo apt-get update && apt-get upgrade komutunu giriyorum.Sürekli hata veriyor.404 not found diye.Sorun nedir ?
Birde Lubuntu-desktop kurdum tamamen kaldırmak istiyorum. sudo apt-get purge lubuntu-desktop dediğimde yine kaldırmıyor,üstüne LXDE ile gelen tüm uygulamalarda bilgisayarıma yüklendi.

404 bu hata değil de paket deposuna bağlanamadığını gösteriyor ve
2 gündür ben de buraya bağlanıp boot-repair yükleyemiyorum.
Sunucuda bir problem var sanırım. Sizden kaynaklanan bir problem değil.
