NTFS is either inconsistent, or there is a hardware fault, or it's a
SoftRAID/FakeRAID hardware. In the first case run chkdsk /f on Windows
then reboot into Windows twice. The usage of the /f parameter is very
important! If the device is a SoftRAID/FakeRAID then first activate
it and mount a different device under the /dev/mapper/ directory, (e.g.
/dev/mapper/nvidia_eahaabcc1). Please see the 'dmraid' documentation
for more details.

Bu cümleden anladığım kadarıyla bağlamaya calıştığınız cihazda bir I/O sorunu oluşmuş ve bunun sebebi Windows kaynaklı.
Aynı cümlenin devamında yazılı olan cihaz (sdb1)- bu harici bir diskte olabilir ya da normal bilgisayar hard diski de olabilir-
Windows ortamında, Harici disk ise bilgisayarınıza takarak, normal hard diskse zaten takılı iken Command Prompt (Komut İstemcisinden)

chkdsk /f
komutunu bir defa çalıştırıp tamamlanınca bilgisayarı kapatıp açın ve aynı komutu tekrar çalıştırın tekrar kapatıp açın.
Sanırım problem çözülecek. /f ifadesini unutmayın

(İşin kaynağı sanırım ani elektrik kesintisi ile bilgisayarın kapatılması ya da diski çıkart demeden direk çekip çıkartmaktan kaynaklı)
