Yesterday, Oneiric's System Settings received new interesting features,

"Online Accounts" and "Color"

(yet to be developed and integrated into various apps), but, there have been, since Oneiric's early beginning, numerous concerns about:
"How do we change the GTK+ theme?".

Just now, last-minute updates have brought theme selection support in the GNOME Control Center/System Settings, meaning one can easily change the GTK+ theme via

System Settings-->Appearance-->Theme

(no need for GNOME Tweak Tool, dconf-editor, etc).
