ATI Radeon HD 2600 Ekran Karti Sorunu

ATI Radeon HD 2600 marka ekran kartina sahibim. Laptopun markasi ise Toshiba A200 1AH. Internet uzerinden ati-driver-installer-8.42.3-x86.x86_64.run isimli driver i kurdum. Ekran kartimi tanidi fakat pencereleri surukleme esnasinda donma yapmakta bu sebeple tam olarak tanimadigini dusunuyorum fakat cozunurluk 1280x800. Envy kurarakta denedim fakat oda ayni sekilde basarili olmadi. Bilgisayarimi yeniden baslattigimda siyah bir ekran gelmekte idi bu sebeple recovery modunda `sudo dpkg-reconfigure xserver-xorg` komutu ile surucuyu vesa olarak secip ubuntuyu acmayi basardim fakat soyledigim gibi tam olarak calismamakta ve donma yapmakta. Xorg.conf dosyam asagidaki gibidir.

Yardimlarinizi rica ederim...

Benim de böyle bir ekran kartım var fakat ubuntu 8.10 da bir türlü sorunu çözememiştim. Masaüstü/laptop farkı olmadan seninde 8.10 üzerinden birşey çıkaramazsan 8.04 lts üzerinden deneme yapsan iyi olur. Çünkü ben 8.04 üzerinden denemedim.

Şu an nvidia 64mb ekran kartı kullanmaktayım. ati 512mb HD2600 ekran kartım köşede uyuyor

Benimkinin uyuma gibi bir şansı malesef yok Mecbur ona muhtacım. Linuxtan vazgeçmek istemiyorum ama bir yükleyebilsem şu HD 2600 ü başka birşeyde istemiyorum.

Eğer 8.10 sürümünde kuramazsan 8.04 denemeni tavsiye ediyorum sadece.

Onu denedim fakat live olarak CD açılmadı. xorg u configure edeyim dedim dpkg komutu ile onada izin vermediği için açamadım. Sanırım 7.10 sürümünü yükseltmek gerekli.

ATI sürücülerini kurduktan sonra Compiz'i devre dışı bırakmayı denedin mi?

Hayır denemedim. Nasıl yapabileceğimi kısaca bir anlatabilirsen sevinirim.

Arkadaşlar biraz uğraşarak çözümleyebildim. ATI nin henüz test aşamasında olan 9.1 sürücünü indirdim ve ekran kartını tanıdı. glxinfo | grep render komutunu verdiğimde şu çıktıyı başarı ile alıyorum.

OpenGL renderer string: ATI Mobility Radeon HD 2600

Fakat şimdide masaüstü efektlerini etkinleştiremiyorum. "Desktop effects could not be enabled" hatası. Bu konuda da biraz araştırma yaptım ama sadece bunu çözümleyemedim.

Xorg.conf dosyasinda cogu bolum sende ikiser tane, bunun sebebi nedir ? iki monitormu kullaniyorsun ?

Ben daha önceden kuramamıştım masaüstü ati hd 2600 pro ekran kartını. Şu an kurdum * her şey normal ve çıktıları aşağıda veriyorum;

Fakat xorg.conf dosyasını yazdırmayı beceremedim. Önceden nvidia kullanıyordum. Onunki ayarlardan oluşturup xorg.conf dosyası oluşturuyordu. Bende kodları oradan alıp dosyaya atabiliyordum. Fakat ati de böyle bir ayar var mı yoksa kendimiz mi editleyecez: xorg.conf dosyası şöyle:

@3mr3, dosyan normal. Ubuntu son sürümlerde bu şekilde xorg.conf dosyası getiriyor. nvidia'nın kendi aracıyla eski tarz xorg.conf oluşturulabiliyor. Örnek olarak @Kirmizi'nın dosyasına da bakabilirsin.
