I cant login to PhpMyAdmin on Ubuntu Server

1698 - Access denied for user 'root'@'localhost' It doesnt accept my password.

Also it doesnt accept empty password

On my terminal, root@cixme:~# seems not root@localhost

I use this:

IP/phpmyadmin/index.php

I ınstalled it with this code:

sudo apt-get install phpmyadmin

Its latest ubuntu server

How can I learn login information? Its urgent
