Kubuntu 17.10 mouse scroll aşırı yavaş

Merhaba arkadaşlar,
ilgili sürümde mouse scrollu çok yavaş, chrome, kde ekranları vb. tüm ekranlarda bu yavaşlık var. (steam hariç). Yavaşlıktan kasıt scrollu aşağı çekince çok az kaydırması. (performans ile ilgili sıkıntı yok, bilgisayar kasmıyor)
