[Çözüldü] Ubuntu 13.04 VMware Kurulum Sorunu

Merhaba arkadaşlar,
Ben ilk kez sistemime fiziksel olarak Ubuntu kurdum gayet güzel ve hoş memnun kaldım fakat diğer işletim sistemlerini de vmware de kurmak istedim.
İnternetten Türkçe bulduğum tüm kaynaklardan baktım ama sonuç hep aynı oluyor.VMware-Workstation-Full-8.0.2-591240.x86_64.bundle indiriyorum terminalden tıpkı bu *bağlantıdahttp://erdidemir-ontime.blogspot.com/2012/07/ubuntu-1204te-vmware-kurulumu.html anlatılanları yapıyorum. Fakat 4.resimde olduğu gibi vmware arayüzü hiç çıkmadı karşıma bende direk terminalden kuruluma devam ettim fakat sonra VMWare Kernel Module Updater bu hata geldi karşıma yazılanları harfi harfine yaptım yine olmadı ve aynı hata durmadan karşıma çıktı.
Şimdi kurulumu baştan yapmak istiyorum ama olmuyor vmwareyi kaldırın sonra kurmaya başlayın diyor...şimdi ki sorunda kaldıramıyorum.
Kısacası iki sorum olacak program kaldırmanın nesini yanlış yapıyorum ve o güncelleme hatasını nasıl aşarım?yaptıklarım kısaca şöyle

programı çalıştırmaya kalktığımda şu uyarı çıkıyor "Before you can run VMware, several modules must be compiled and loaded into the running kernel." iki seçenek çıkıyor bu uyarıda iptal ve install.install dediğim de ise hata kodu ise şöyle

Sizce ne yapmalıyım nerede yanlışlarım?Bazı yabancı forum ve sitelerde sorun çözülmüş ama nasıl yapmışlar bir türlü anlamadım yapamadım...
o kadar çok şey denedim ki geneli bilinçsiz olmak üzere... En sonunda Ubuntu güncellemesi de yaptım şu an terminale vmware yazdığımda yine aynı uyarı çıkıyor install diyorum bir şey çıkmıyor,aşağıda ki çıktı önce geliyor sonra uyarı geliyor... çıktı ;
