[Çözüldü] muon yazılı merkezi çalışma hatası

merhabalar 12.10 kubuntu sistemimde hem yazılım hemde paket indirme(muon) yönetcisinde yazılım kurmaya çalıştım olmadı şu ingilizce uyarı çıktı:could not to tr archive.ubuntu com:80(193.140.100.100) connec(111:connection refused) bu ne anlama geliyor sistem belleğim düşük(1,5gb)ondanmı * bir şey yüklenemiyor ne yapmalıyım ?ilgilenenlere şimdiden teşekkürler
