kulaklık ve hoparlörden ses alamıyorum

merhaba arkadaslar..
bilgisayarda normal kendi hoparlörlerinden normal olarak ses cıkıyor ama kulaklık veya hoparlör taktığımda bilgisyar donanımı tanımıyor ve  onlardan ses gelmiyo,ses yine bilgisayarın hoparlöründen cıkıyo.bunun için napmalıyım???
