Sanırım Türkiye sunucularında bir sorun var.Ben de birşeyler indiremiyorum.Kaynağını değiştirebilirsin.İngiltere,Amerika  vesaire sunucuları şu an iyi durumda.

sudo nano /etc/apt/sources.list 

Gerekli değişiklikleri yaptıktan sonra:

apt-get update

VEYA

Ubuntu'da bir yerlerde kaynağı değiştirmek için bir yer olacaktı.Böylece gui ile de yapabilirsin.
