[Çözüldü] yavaş internet sorunu

arkadaşlar merhaba.
biliyorum aynı sorun konu edilmiş ama orda denilenlerin hepsini uyguladım hala bi çözüm bulamadım.
İlk kali linux kurmuştum ondada internet yavaştı sonra ubuntuya geçtim aynı sorun devam ediyor.
,windowsta 1.5 mb indirdigim dosyayı linux (ubuntu ) ortamında 200-300 kb bandında gidip geliyor.

Ben şuradaki http://www.webupd8.org/2014/02/how-to-test-internet-speed-via-command.html yöntemle hız testi yaparım hep önce. Buradaki teste hızımda sıkıntı yoksa ondan sonra çözüm ararım. Testi yaparsan tüm tarayıcıları varsa arkaplanda çalışan messenger ve posta uygulaması kapatarak yap. Sorun görmedim ben en azından ondan bunu yazdım.

dediklerinizi uyguladım hız yükseldi gibi ama 400-500 kb aşmıyo. Normalde 1.5 mb olurdu yani hala sorun devam etmekte.
