Program kuramıyorum

arkadaşlar burdakini kurmak istiyorum fakat böyle bir hata alıyorum .Nasıl düzeltebilirim?

Forumda buna benzer hatadan buldum ordakinden yapmama rağmen olmadı .Bir şey kurduğum zaman hata alıyorum

E: /var/lib/dpkg/lock kilidi alınamadı - open (11: Özkaynak geçici olarak kullanılamaz durumda)
E: Yönetim dizini (/var/lib/dpkg/) kilitlenemiyor, başka bir işlem tarafından kullanılıyor olmasın?

Arkadaşlar mesela güncelleme yapmak istiyorum şu  hata geliyor.
E: Bazı indeks dosyaları indirilemedi. Bu dosyalar yok sayıldılar ya da önceki sürümleri kullanıldı.
