Kubuntu'ya VLC ve Firefox kuramıyorum

ben daha yeni kubuntu kurdum ilk linux denemem olacak kurulum sonrasında firefox ve vlc yi yükleyemedim aldığım sorun şu
vlc de şu çıkıyor ve yüklenmiyor

firefoxta ise şunu alıyorum
