yerel depo nasıl kurulur?

arkadaşlar ben bilgisayarımda bir yerel depo oluşturmaik istiyorum ama bir türlü beceremedim. https://help.ubuntu.com/community/Repositories/Personal buradaki kaynaktan yapmaya çalışıyorum. herşeyi yapıyorum apt-get update dediğimde benim eklediğim depoyu geldiğinde
