Ttec Plus W108N webcam sorunu

merhaba arkadaşlar.
TTec Plus W108N kendinden mikrofonlu webcam'in mikrofonunu kullanamıyorum
skype ve gmail gibi ortamlarda video sorunsuz çalışıyor, fakat mikrofon algılanmıyor.
